There were times when I didn't use to take weekends off and spent hours after hours crafting special posts. But, for quite a while now, I have decided to slow down a bit. Suddenly, weekends began to feel more like... weekends.
During these two days I usually try to spend more time offline than I do online. At the end of each day, I take a couple of hours to read my blog comments, reply to as many as I can and catch up with some of my favorite blogs. When I feel more inspired, I plot future posts, put up inspiration boards, or simply muse on the meaning of life. You know what I mean.
What is your take on weekends? Do you blog, do you spend more time outside and with friends? I have got a feeling that most of you do. And so are many other readers and visitors. It is easy to monitor traffic levels, and mine have always shown over the weekends, a small decrease in traffic levels. Readers come back in front of their computers usually on Sunday evenings. When I check the stats for a Sunday night, it is clear that traffic is a little bit more... intense. What is your experience with this? And most of all...

You know, I'm very new to blogger "industry" so I barely blog on weekends. And I think that it's personal (depends on a mood bla bla) but as for me, I like to have a weekend as a time for family,friends, myself & outdoor, Because we spent waaay to much time online on the weekdays.

Of course I blog on weekends, sometimes it's the only time I have free to blog! Lol. :)
I don't write posts on my blog in the weekend, 'cause I usually don't have that urge, that feeling of writing. I guess all I want to do is lay in bed, watch movies, or go out with some friends, have some drinks and laughs... and that's about it.
But in the morning I do read other bloggers' posts, comment and think about my future posts.

Hi hunnie...I dont post outfit posts on the weekends....I try to post if I can about something else...or at least keep up a bit with those I follow...Im usually shopping and doing things around the house:)

i still blog on weekends because there are days when i have nothing to do on weekends. haha
I blog whenever I have the time or when I have something to say. It doesn't matter what day or what time it is.
I usually try to do it during the week because it seems to me like everyone on the internet takes the weekend off to do something other than stare at the computer.
I do my blogging stuff in the morning with my coffee, I go through my reader, comment on posts I like and maybe post something.
Hum..If i don't spend more time with my friends i stay at home watching tv and sometimes using the internet!!
I would prefer not to blog on the weekend, but I ended up doing it this weekend because I have been too busy all week to keep up!

I may not blog on the weekends but I prep the posts, do some research whenever I get the time, because sometimes the week is just too crazy to do it

Since I'm not havinf my summer holiday anymore, I have much more time at weekends than I do during the week after school.. So I blog more at weekends, mostly. But, there's been so much going on, I've spent lots of time with friends at weekends, going to gigs etc so there hasn't been so much time for blogging anymore.. So I have to prepare the posts whenever I have time and post them later. x
It depends on my mood, on my plannings for the weekend and for sure,the weather is playing a big role too.So I dont follow a rule, I just let me flow form outside circumstances. keep in touch, FashionLifeCoach
For a year and four months, I blogged every day! Weekends, sick days, holidays, vacations! Then I burnt out. Normally I don't blog on weekends now because traffic is low anyway. This weekend I have because I've been home sick and fooling around on the computer.

It depends on my mood and if I have something to blog about. But mostly I like to be offline, too. I prefer to spend time with friends && family on weekends, but if I'm bored && no one has time for me I'd blog xD
I blog whenever. I try to do it every 3 or 4 days. But I don't sort anything into days. I often lose track of them. I blog whenever I have the time & energy!

I usually spend days on weekends catching up with comments and posts and whatnot. It's nice because I don't need to hurry like I do in the morning when I need to be out the door and into my scrubs by 8am. I can relax, have a show in the background and just enjoy reading. Weekdays are usually dedicated to twitter and facebook :P
