I've Found My Dancing Shoes, I'm Leaving Today

Such a weird combo of song lyrics in the title. ("I found my dancing shoes but they don't fit [All the bright lights do is bore me]" Ion Square-Bloc Party + the second one is obvious)

Above: recently bought bracelets (you will notice that the middle one is brand new though, and my favourite so far) and new dress also! loved dresses, my closet is slowly bursting at the seams with... dresses. That's fine with me, but when did it happen? Hahah.

So, indeed, I will take a wee pause from posting here. And leave the town. For, say, two weeks. It's almost a vacation, it will be fun-fun, can't wait!

Only One Day Left!

Never-Ever Put A Stop To It

I promise. Each time a day passes by without writing something here seems like an eternity. No joking. Must take into account I'm currently still a bit dizzy from that super-flu I've caught last week and still sneezing my heart out. Totally.

I've doing my fair share of reading these days. Nothing new. But! Everywhere is all this talk about upcoming fall campaigns (already running!) and fall wishes & cravings and the list could go on and on really. But honestly, I can't be bothered to care right now. We're not even approaching the middle of this summer. Can we please just forget fall will (eventually) come and enjoy being out in the hot-hot sun all day? Yes? Why, thank you.

Given the mood I'm in, I've just deleted the stream of photos I've been meaning to post with eye-candy du jour and I decided only to let you with this one photo. The essence of what I'm actually babbling about. I'll shut up now.

A Small Coin. You Could Find That While Walking Your Dog.

Ever woke up with a song in your mind and couldn't get it out only by playing it on repeat throughout the day? It happened to me recently and the song in question belongs to the Crystal Castles. I was crazy about their album last summer and didn't listen to it since then, but these guys are clearly hard to forget. Of course, a new thread over at the fashion spot on Alice's style doesn't help too much either, haha.

Above, Alice Glass and Ethan Kath, the duo known as Crystal Castles. From what I've seen in the photos, their shows are great live acts. With even more energy than their music. Read: indie, punk, electro, distorted vocals and some gameboy sounds thrown in all together...
