Because today is Friday, I thought we should lighten up a bit. Therefore, I am presenting you with something more special than usual. A significant amount of my online reading&viewing list is dedicated to what I like to call inspiration sites. Or blogs. Or tumblrs. I have a serious soft spot for these, mostly for the photographs that sometimes are real gems, but also for quotes or poems. There are a dozen of them, each with its own personality and unique features that make me feel instantly disconnected from the world for those few seconds I gaze at the computer screen.

So here is something I enjoy very much to keep an eye on. It's End of March, blog & tumblr. Pick one, or take both, they are equally inspiring, and, well, they make me feel very peaceful and at ease when I enter the pages. It's nice, virtual lounge rooms. This below is one of the many beautiful poems you can find on End of March poetry:

Alela

Alela is pieces of a girl tied together

with blue ribbons and yellow thread.

She wears petticoats with bathing suits

rubber boots and plastic pearls.

Alela makes paper hats that

decorate her hands when she

take them off to sleep.

And paper boats to drift away when she

goes for a swim

Alela likes to play and study.

Likes sunshine, but mostly the stars

She like to laugh and run and

take off her hair when it rains.

She shimmers and sparkles

and shines shines shines

A flashing blur of colors and laughter

Alela was put together with glitter and glue.

At night she puts her heart in a tiny box

lined with velvet

and hangs her ribcage in the closet

where it dances with ghosts.
