So meet my ultra-neon-colored dress. It so large and puffy it's a dream. And stands exactly at the top of the strong-color limit even for my eccentric tastes. Even though it doesn't have sleeves, it keeps warm, in a funny way. With that cardigan on top it feels even cozier.
I might get it done a bit shorter, but I kind of like this lenght too. It would be an instant switch from the 50s to the 90s. Hah. I'll be thinking about that.
