Spring, Not Fall

These are the shoes from the Prada SS 09 show. Insanely tall, they caused (more than) a couple of models fall to the ground.

It seems that some slippery black booties the models wore inside their sandals are ultimately to blame. It is said that Prada is considering fusing the socks to the insoles when the shoes will be produced for commercial purposes.

About the clothes... I suppose the biggest accent was on the materials that were used more than onto the fabrics themselves. As Cathy Hory says in a recent talk with stylist Karl Templer, the making of “image for image” clothes is becoming quite a weird pattern...
