Hair accessories

Three years ago I had a fringe cut and it took me ages to finally decide to let my hair grow again. I couldn't decide what I really wanted for quite a long time, until last yea. So, finally deciding to let it go, I've finally managed to get back to a classic cut.
Anyway, the point I'm trying to make is that I got myself a new obsession together with the fringe cut: hair pins. Oh yeah! They are so many, and I continue collecting them, even I don't really need them anymore (the transition period to long hair can be very annoying).
Here I have a bunch of them. I don't even wear them, but I like how they look. (Who knows when I'll need to pull back my hair with a blue rose pin, for example? Yeah, right.) Sometimes I actually decide though to wear a flower in my hair: the big blue flower is the latest aquisition, I bought it just yesterday.
Note: I'm trying to store them all together in one of those DIY boxes:

Sweet treats,
Daiane

  1. Very cute collection, the blue flower is definitely my favorite. I don't own hair pins anymore, but I did wear them often when I was younger. My hair is pretty long at the moment.

  5. I have to tell you, I love buying hair accessories even though I always stick to the certain clips that we have had for years. I think there's something so sexy about about a sleek ponytail. Now, it seems that I only buy clips or bands that match my hair color, so it'll blend in. I've enjoyed reading your blog. Keep writing. Cathy
