The benefits of an early morning

While waking up really early (like, let's say 7 A.M.) was never my thing, I've recently found out that it can be extremely revarding. It's enough time to do my nails, enjoy a quiet breakfast. A perfect morning can only continue near a hot cup of coffee, browsing the world wide web. Anyway, it's still quiet outside even though it's already 9 A.M. This gives me a great feeling, I'm not quite sure why. I feel relaxed and ready for a new day. Give early mornings a try!
